This refund policy applies to all web design and development services provided by Risa Medical, trading as NI Web Design. We aim to be fair and transparent at every stage.

How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to hello@niwebdesign.co.uk. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Your cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written request. The refund amount is determined by the project stage at the time we receive your email.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation being confirmed. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original payment (bank transfer or Stripe).
If We Cannot Deliver
If NI Web Design is unable to deliver the agreed services for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. This includes situations where we are unable to meet the agreed scope or timeline through no fault of the client.
Disputes
We always aim to resolve any issues informally and in good faith. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
If we are unable to reach an agreement, any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
Ongoing Services
For ongoing services such as hosting or website support, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will be applied after the notice period.
