Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern our web design and development services.

These terms and conditions apply to all web design and development services provided by Risa Medical, trading as NI Web Design ("we", "us", "our"), registered at 10 Rushy Road, Ballyclare, Northern Ireland.

1. Services Provided

NI Web Design provides custom website design and development services, including but not limited to WordPress website builds, e-commerce solutions, booking systems, payment integration, and ongoing website support and maintenance.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Any work not included in the original quotation will be scoped and quoted separately before being carried out.

4. Project Timeline and Delivery

We will provide an estimated timeline at the start of every project. Timelines depend on the complexity of the work and the timely provision of content and feedback by the client. We will keep you informed of progress throughout the project.

Delays caused by the client (such as late provision of content, images, or feedback) may push back the delivery date. If a project is inactive for more than 30 days due to client delays, we reserve the right to reschedule or close the project.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:

A "round of revisions" means a single set of grouped feedback on a design or development milestone. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at £50 per hour.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the completed website, including all custom design work, code, and content created specifically for the project.

NI Web Design retains the right to showcase the completed website in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any pre-existing intellectual property (such as WordPress themes, plugins, stock images, or open-source libraries) remains the property of the respective owners and is subject to their own licensing terms.

8. Hosting and Ongoing Support

Hosting and ongoing website support are optional services, billed monthly or annually as agreed. These services are separate from the initial website build and will be quoted independently.

Either party may cancel ongoing support arrangements with 30 days' written notice.

9. Third-Party Services

Our websites may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to Stripe, WordPress plugins, Google Fonts, and Google Maps. NI Web Design is not responsible for changes, outages, or issues caused by third-party services.

Any costs associated with third-party services (such as Stripe transaction fees, premium plugin licences, or domain registration) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

NI Web Design will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. However:

Cancellation terms are covered by our Refund Policy. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
